World Environment Day

The world environment day is celebrated every year on 5th June to raise global awareness to take positive environmental action to protect nature and the planet earth.

This year’s theme ‘Time for Nature’ focused on the role of humans in supporting the environment. The school conducted various activities for students to perform from their homes. Students of Grades VI-VIII created awareness through online by doing ‘DIY’ activities like plant holder, bird feeder and home decors.

Students of Grades IX-XII recorded a three minutes video expressing their views on the topic “Impact of Covid 19 on the Environment”. It gave an opportunity to students to share their ideas and activities to preserve their environment and make the earth a better place to live in.
