Science Lab Inauguration
Modern science is fast-moving, and no laboratory can exist for long with a program based on old facilities. Innovation and renewal are required to keep a laboratory on the frontiers of science.

Science laboratory is a great place for students to abet their practical skills by understanding the theoretical concepts of science which are taught in the classroom.
The Science Teachers and students of Grades VI-IX of National Public School, Chikkabanavara set up a Science Laboratory with the objective of cultivating the spirit of curiosity and creativity.In addition to the well-established Science Laboratory and with the motive of giving a platform to students to get hands on experience this lab was conceptualised.
The students made working models related to Physics, Chemistry and Biology under the guidance of their science teachers. They made various working models of the Excretory System, Circulatory System, Contraction and Relaxation of muscles,Atomic Structure, Periodic Table, Water Cycle, DNA, Aeroponics, Household Circuits, series and Parallel Connections, Water Pump, Microscope, Models related to Newton’s Law of Motion, Simple Machines and the Concept of Light etc.
The Lab was inaugurated by our Academic Director and Principal Mrs. Mary Thomas and Vice Principal Mrs. Priyanka Singh. The students demonstrated their working models under the able guidance of the lab- in -charge Mrs. Namrata Shukla and their respective science teachers Mrs. Kavitha Mohana, Mrs. Sarika, Mrs. Namita Garg, Mrs. Tiffany, Mrs. Mercy and Mrs. Remya K R.
