An orientation programme for the parents of the new students was organised on the 28th of May 2022 in the school auditorium. The idea behind the programme was to partner with the parents who along with the institution are stake holders in the pursuit of imparting holistic education to help our students grow into confident individuals.

Following a short welcome by the Academic Director and Principal Mrs. Mary Thomas a power point presentation was shared where in the Section Heads of various levels briefed the parents on the important points to be kept in mind about the norms and rules that the students are expected to follow. They also gave an overview of the various subjects, scholastic assessment pattern and co-curricular activities which would be undertaken in the coming year. Parents were advised to encourage their wards to participate actively in various Intra and Inter school competitions, subject enrichment activities etc.

Many concerns of the parents were addressed at the end of the orientation.

The response of the parents was overwhelming. We at NPS look forward to a fruitful association with our Dear Parents as we join hands to nurture the children entrusted to our care.
