Grade 1 : ENGLISH – Meet my Family and Nouns – June 2017
- The topic “Meet my family” was an exciting topic for our first graders. They had lot of details to share with their friends and teachers. The vocabulary enhancement of members in a family was done. As a part of the chapter, children stuck pictures of their family members in the activity notebook.
- Palm print – What more do children like to see than their own hand print on the paper. Children enjoyed this activity and wrote the 5 vowels in it. This activity helped them to work with concentration and also reinforce the vowels in a fun way.
- Worksheet on nouns – Do students think grammar is boring? The class was livening up with the noun game. Children enjoyed doing worksheet that had many nouns and they had to understand and sort them in the respective place.
