“Chocolate makes everything better – especially when you’re little!”
The air was filled with sweetness and excitement as the Pre-Primary students celebrated World Chocolate Day with much joy and enthusiasm on Monday, the 7th of July 2025. A special assembly was conducted to mark the occasion, where the children were introduced to the delightful world of chocolates. The teacher led an engaging session explaining the different types of chocolates – white, milk and dark – and shared interesting facts about each.
The young learners were fascinated to learn how chocolate is made, beginning from the humble cocoa bean to the delicious treats they love. The process was explained in a simple,visual manner, ensuring that every child understood and enjoyed the learning. Children excitedly brought their favourite chocolates from home and shared this sweet experience with their classmates. The joy of biting into their beloved treats, while sitting with their friends, made the day even more special.
The celebration not only brought smiles to every child’s face but also served as a fun learning experience that blended taste with knowledge.
