The Students’ Union of NPS, Ckbnr, under the theme “Retro”, organised a memorable Teacher’s Days on September 2, 2025.
The day began with a warm welcome for the teachers, who were greeted with handmade cards and bookmarks prepared by the students. The celebration commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the Senior School Principal, Ms. Priyanka Suresh and the Junior School Principal, Ms. Rajee Samjith.
Students from Grades VI to XII staged a thought-provoking skit highlighting the pivotal role of teachers in shaping the future of their students. Through the performance, they beautifully conveyed how a teacher’s dedication leaves a lifelong impact, with their greatest reward being the success of their students.
The school band added energy to the occasion by accompanying songs sung by students of Grades X and XII. This was followed by an entertaining retro dance mix by the Grade X students. A special highlight was the fun GK quiz organised by Grade X students exclusively for the teachers, who enthusiastically took part in it.
The programme concluded with a humorous skit on ‘exam stress’ by students of Grades XI and XII, along with a heartfelt shout out video featuring messages from students across classes, expressing their gratitude and love for their teachers.
