REPUBLIC DAY 2025-26

“Freedom is not given, it is earned through courage, unity and sacrifice.”

Republic Day was proudly celebrated by the Pre-Primary students on Friday, 23rd January 2026, with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The young learners arrived dressed in white attire, beautifully adorned with tricolour accessories representing the Indian flag. The campus was filled with vibrant shades of saffron, white and green, reflecting unity and national pride.

Students were also encouraged to dress up as prominent freedom fighters and national heroes. The little ones confidently portrayed inspiring personalities such as Subhas Chandra Bose, Kittur Rani Chennamma, Onake Obavva and Jawaharlal Nehru. Some students also dressed as brave Indian Army personnel, symbolising the courage and dedication of the soldiers who safeguard our nation’s borders.

A special assembly was conducted to help students understand the importance of Republic Day. Through simple explanations the children learned that Republic Day is celebrated every year on 26th January. The program highlighted the values of unity, equality and freedom in a way that was meaningful and age-appropriate for young minds.

The celebration not only enriched the students’ knowledge about India’s history but also instilled a sense of patriotism and respect for the nation.
