THE SPECTACULAR RED COLOUR DAY CELEBRATION

Red colour symbolizes energy and life. It is the colour of magic.

The students of the Pre-primary section celebrated Red Colour Day on Friday the 24th of June. Teachers and children were dressed in red colour attires denoting the theme of the day.The receptionarea was decorated with red colour props.The little ones were very excited and enjoyed the celebration. Red colour cutouts of pictures were shown during the special assembly to the KG -1 children and the teachers spoke about it.

The tiny tots of the nursery section did a simple activity of crumpling red paper and sticking it onto a cut out of an apple. The KG 1 students pasted the cut outs of straw berries and painted them using earbuds. The K G 2 students made a paper fan by folding the red colour sheet. The students drew things that are red in colour.Indeed, learning becomes fun when it is imparted the right way and the Red Colour Day was a self-learning experience for the little ones.
