INTERNATIONAL TIGER DAY 2025-26

“Tigers are strong, tigers are bright, let’s keep them safe with all our might!”
On Tuesday, the 29th of July 2025, the pre-primary students came together to observe International Tiger Day with great enthusiasm and awareness. A special assembly was conducted to highlight the importance of conserving this magnificent and endangered species – the tiger.
The assembly began with a brief introduction about the significance of the day, followed by engaging facts about tigers, their role in the ecosystem and the urgent need for their protection. Teachers shared information in a child-friendly manner, ensuring that even our youngest learners understood why tigers need to be saved.
Our little learners sang rhymes and joined their voices to say, “Save Tigers!” with pride and enthusiasm. They also carried home a thoughtful takeaway craft, reinforcing the message of tiger conservation even beyond the classroom.
The event not only educated students about tigers but also instilled a deep sense of empathy and responsibility towards wildlife.
