The spirit of patriotism echoed through the corridors as our school hosted the Inter-House Solo Singing and Solo Instrumental Competitions on 10th and 11th August 2026 in the Theatre Room.
The theme for both competitions was ‘Incredible India’. The aim was to fill the young hearts and minds with pride for the nation through music. Students from Grades VI to IX participated enthusiastically and showcased their vocal and instrumental talent.
On 10th August, Ms. Shwetha and Mr. Gideon, our in-house music teachers, judged the Solo Singing Competition. Melodious renditions of patriotic songs filled the hall with energy.
On 11th August, the Solo Instrumental Competition was judged by Ms. Manjula, Violin Teacher, Abbigere. Students played a variety of instruments, reflecting the rich musical heritage of India.
At the end of the event, Senior School Principal Ms. Priyanka Suresh, along with the jury members, congratulated all the participants. She appreciated their effort and shared key suggestions as takeaways to help them refine their skills further.
The competition was a wonderful celebration of talent, creativity and love for the country.
