Being one of the most diverse nations in the world, India is a place where numerous traditions, cultures, customs, religions and languages flourish. Among all the languages Hindi is widely spoken in India.

Hindi got an exalted status in India on 14th September, 1949 when it was adopted as the official language of the country. Since then, September 14th is celebrated as Hindi Diwas
The Hindi Department of National Public School, Chikkabanavara celebrated Hindi Diwas from 14th September to 16th September 2021.

To mark the day a myriad of activities was conducted from Grades I to X. The students zealously participated in various activities such as Hindi Poem Recitation, Guess the proverbs, Quiz on the famous Hindi Poets, Word Building, Poster Making, Advertisement and Notice Writing etc. The three daylong celebration concluded on a positive note that language and culture of a country plays an important role in connecting people thereby building a strong nation.
