Festivals build group cohesiveness, bring people together, break the monotony of routine, and energise the body, mind, and spirit. Echoing this festive spirit, the Pre-primary students of National Public School, Chikkabanavara celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with much zeal and zest.

The idol of Ganesha and Gowri were decorated with sweets and fruits. During the morning assembly the students were explained about the significance of the festival. They then offered prayers to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha. The whole atmosphere was filled with festivity.

As a part of an activity the little ones coloured and decorated a card of Lord Ganesha.
