ECHOES OF ELOQUENCE 2026-27

Celebrating the Power of Words

English Literary Activities for Grades VI–VIII were held on 29 June 2026, transforming the campus into a vibrant arena of words, wit and creativity. The event celebrated students’ proficiency in the English language while providing them with an inspiring platform to exhibit their confidence, communication skills, imagination and collaborative spirit.

Grade VI Inter-House Spell Bee Challenge emerged as one of the most exciting segments of the day. Through engaging rounds such as Word Relay, Spell the Word, Jumbled Words and Visual Spell Bee, participants demonstrated exceptional vocabulary, quick thinking, teamwork and linguistic accuracy.
Creativity took centre stage in the Grade VII Jingles Competition, where students impressed the audience with original compositions, lively performances and expressive presentations.

Grade VIII Elocution Competition showcased eloquence at its finest, with 25 participants representing the four houses. The audience was enthralled by thought-provoking speeches, confident delivery and impressive stage presence.

The English Literary Week 2026–27 concluded on a high note, reaffirming the importance of language as a powerful medium of expression, creativity and critical thinking. The celebration truly reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing articulate, confident and creative communicators.
