Spread the light of goodness all around……HAPPY DUSSEHRA


Celebration of festivals bring the students closer to each other’s cultural beliefs and traditions. It develops mutual respect and understanding. It is the responsibility of schools to nurture the feeling of oneness and cultural importance in the younger generation apart from building wisdom and knowledge. NPS, Chikkabanavara has always endeavoured to foster this appreciation for all festivities alike. Dussehra was celebrated with great fervour on the 23rd of September in the Pre-primary Section. The little ones came dressed in ethnic wear. The story of Dussehra was beautifully narrated by the teachers highlighting the aspect of good over evil.


A Doll Display added graciousness to the celebration. The students and teachers danced to the Navratri songs that added a peppy ambience to the festivities. Unique handicrafts made by the students were given to them as take aways.
