“Every child’s first step back into school is a small step toward big dreams.” On Wednesday, the 4th of June 2025, our vibrant KG I and KG II learners returned to school after the summer break, filling the corridors once again with laughter, energy and excitement. Their cheerful faces said it all – they were truly happy to be back!
To make their first day special and comforting, our teachers organised a welcoming assembly that included a delightful puppet story titled ‘First Day Friends’. The story helped children connect with the idea of friendship and settling in, easing away any first-day jitters. Engaging action songs added to the joy, creating a warm, musical atmosphere that had little ones clapping and smiling along.
As a sweet memento, each child received a special “Welcome Back” medal, which they proudly worehome – a simple but meaningful token to celebrate their brave and joyful return to school.
