“Happiness is sharing a piece of chocolate and a smile with a friend.”

The Pre-Primary wing celebrated World Chocolate Day with great excitement and delight on Tuesday, the 7th of July 2026. The day began with a cheerful special assembly that introduced children to the wonderful journey of chocolate, making learning both meaningful and enjoyable.

The students explored the fascinating story of how chocolate is made, from cocoa beans grown on cacao trees to the delicious chocolates they love to eat. Through an interactive and engaging discussion, they also learned about the three popular varieties of chocolate – dark, milk and white chocolate along with some interesting facts about each. The session encouraged curiosity and helped children understand the effort and process involved in creating their favourite treat.

Adding to the excitement, the children brought their favourite chocolates from home and enjoyed sharing them with their classmates and teachers. The simple act of sharing spread smiles, strengthened friendships and created a warm atmosphere filled with laughter and
happiness.

The celebration beautifully blended fun with learning, reminding children that every sweet treat has a story behind it and that sharing joyful moments makes them even more special. World Chocolate Day was truly a memorable experience that left every little heart filled with sweetness and cheer.
