With the spirit of festivity in the air, NPS celebrated Navratri and Dasara with a special assembly on September 26, 2025.
Importance of festivities were highlighted in the special assembly with a speech presentation by Keerthana, of Grade VI.
Students of Grade VI also presented a vibrant dance performance, showcasing the cultural richness of the traditions. The dance performance emphasised the values of victory of good over evil, devotion and unity.
In the Pre-Primary section, ‘Dandiya dance’, a special event was organised for the parents. Parents heartily joined in with their children, adding joy and colour to the celebration.
Alongside, the Pre-Primary teachers set up a doll exhibition, an age-old practice that showcases the rich cultural heritage passed down through generations. It also helps children learn about mythology, traditions and moral values in an engaging, visual way. The dolls were beautifully arranged on different themes, attracting admiration from everyone.
