Three Languages, One Heartbeat…

The Language Department of NPS, Ckbnr successfully organised the In-house 3 Bhaasha Mahotsava from 3rd August to 11th August 2026.
The event was a vibrant celebration of language, culture and talent. Each day featured unique competitions that highlighted the richness of languages. The festival aimed to celebrate the linguistic diversity of India and encourage students of Grades VI to XII to showcase their talent in Sanskrit, Hindi and Kannada.

The festivities began with great enthusiasm with the Recitation of Madhurashtakam in Sanskrit, Vachana Recitation in Kannada and Jingles in Hindi on the first day. On the second day students expressed their emotion and devotion through Mono Acting and Recitation of Verses from the Bhagavad Gita. The third day focused on the oratory skills and spirituality with the Declamation Competition and Ganesha Pancharatnam Recitation.
The fourth and fifth day featured Hindi and Kannada Debate Competition.
A panel of internal and external judges who are experts in their respective fields judged the events. Their valuable feedback and guidance added great depth to the competition.
Student participation was overwhelming and commendable across all grades. The energy, confidence and linguistic skills displayed by the students made each day memorable.
Ms. Priyanka Suresh, Senior School Principal, graced the venue, interacted with students, and shared insightful inputs that motivated both participants and organisers.
The 3 Bhasha Mahotsava was a true tribute to “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat”, fostering love for languages and cultural pride among young minds.
