A workshop on “Error free Evaluation” was conducted by Ms. Rajeswari for the teaching staff of grade 3 to 11 on 16^th November 2017 in the theatre room. It was highlighted that evaluation is a process of judgement based on criterion and evidences. Further the staff was enlightened on the process of evaluations wherein ambiguity while setting the question paper should be avoided, marking scheme should explore all options and evaluation should be fair and just. Evaluation criterions were discussed regarding each subject. Activity sheets that were given to the teachers were very helpful and made the session lively.
