Kannada Rajyotsava was celebrated in a grand way in the school auditorium. The function started with an invocation song. Some students recited Kannada poems followed by patriotic songs and wonderful dance programme presented by the students. The event was filled with information about great personalities and how Karnataka state was formed. The contribution of the rulers in framing the state was also highlighted through a play.

The function brought forth the pride of the students towards their state, Karnataka. The Director of the school, Ms. Preethi Reddy, spoke about the simplicity of Kannada language and threw light on the rich heritage of Karnataka. The event generated a great sense of pride in the minds of the audience for being a part of a culture that is so rich and vibrant. The Programme concluded with the rendition of the State Anthem.
