MATHEMATICS :

1. ADDITION – Concept of addition was introduced using rajma seeds.  Students understood the concept of arranging the numbers in  ones, tens and hundreds place.

2. Properties of addition and statement sums were taught using live examples.

ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE:

1. Clothes : Different materials were shown and the students were able to identify the different textures of different clothes.  Weaving was introduced by weaving a mat through group activity.

2. Food : Set of food items were discussed to classify into healthy food and junk as group discussion.
