Kathalaya a social enterprise; since its inception by MS. Geeta Ramanujam is a wonderful place to get trained as a perfect storyteller. The management and Principal of our school had arranged a workshop of this “ Kathalaya” in our school premises on 5^th August 2017. A variety of techniques to engage young listeners and make stories interesting was learnt by the participating  pre-primary teachers. Methodologies to encourage audience participation and choosing a story was learnt by the participants.   On whole the pre-primary teachers are thankfull to the management and principal for providing an opportunity to enhance the art of story telling through this kathalaya workshop.
